Our Cyber Safe Senior training in Slovenia continued today with two essential topics that directly impact seniors’ digital safety.

Module 3: Online Banking and Shopping Safety

Led by a trainer from Turkey

Participants explored key concepts of online banking, safe shopping practices, password security, and 2FA. Through group work and simulations, they practiced how to guide seniors in protecting their financial data, recognizing secure websites, and using digital tools with confidence and trust.

Module 4: Safe Social Media Use and Sharing Personal Information

Led by a trainer from Greece

The session focused on social media platforms used by seniors, privacy settings, and online risks like scams and oversharing. In practical exercises, participants developed clear strategies to help seniors stay safe and mindful on social media.

From practical simulations to real-life improv cases, today’s sessions were all about applying knowledge in ways that truly resonate with seniors. Our future trainers are gaining the tools, empathy, and clarity to make a difference.
