📞 Imagine this situation:

You receive a phone call.

The person on the line introduces themselves as an employee of a government office.

They say:

“We are calling about an issue with your records. If this is not resolved today, you may lose your benefits / social assistance / health insurance.

We just need a few of your personal details or a small fee to process the case.”

The caller sounds polite, but urgent.

They insist that action is needed immediately.
